About Traditional Pilates

From my Pilates Studio in St Margarets, clients are taught Classical Pilates following the Original Authentic Method created by Joseph Pilates 100 years ago. Unlike modern fitness-style classes, Pilates was created as a complete system. Lessons in my studio use Authentic Classical Apparatus designed by Jospeh Pilates to work with his method.
Lessons include the use of the Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Mats and more, allowing you to experience the full benefits of Traditional Pilates.
I specialise in private Pilates lessons (1-to-1), semi-private lessons (2-to-1), and small group classes, creating a supportive and personalised experience for every client.
Pilates is for everyone, whether you are new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice. My extensive years of training and education ensure my clients experience the method as Joseph Pilates intended. My aim is to empower clients to use their body correctly with results that have longevity.
